Description: The user fires a beam of psychic energy that travels at the speed of an arrow at the target. If the target is hit, then the target will be slowly lifted 60ft into the air. After 1 turn of being airborne, the target will be slammed back into the ground, with the strength of the slam being equivalent to that of the user's mental strength.

Mana Cost: High

Limitations/Side Effects: The user must maintain concentration in order to slam the target back down. If the user loses concentration, the target will fall down without getting slammed. If the target is too heavy for the user's mental strength, it cannot be lifted.

Cooldown: 10 Turns
