Enchantment: When activated, this rune suppresses all sound within a 10-meter radius for 5 turns. This makes it so anything that usually makes a sound, such as walking, speaking, or other actions, is muted.
Limitations & Side Effects:
-Sound suppression does not affect the visuals or other senses.
-Causes a slight ringing in the user's ears during activation.
-It can be broken by powerful beings.
