Description: The Inner Balance Technique is a Ki Technique that focuses on achieving a state of balance and harmony. It enhances stability, agility, and stamina by training the fundamental principles of balance and allowing the user's mind and body to be at peace.


Pathways:


Stage One: The practitioner begins by mastering the art of stillness and balance for a month. Through balancing themselves in awkward positions, they learn to centre themselves, feeling the equilibrium of their body and surroundings.


Bonus: Improved balance and stability. Gaining a 1.25x in acceleration and 1.25x resistance to mental attacks.


Backlash: Temporary 1.25x less speed, until next stage is learned.


Final Stage: Advancing to the next stage, the practitioner practices maintaining balance in dynamic situations. This involves training forms on uneven terrain, or balancing a item in themselves while doing an activity. They must hone the ability to adapt and stay cantered in the midst of movement.


Bonus: The user gains 1.5x speed, 1.25x to mental resistance.


Backlash: Powerful attacks that make them lose balance will make them lose 2x speed for 10 turns.
