Enchantment: When activated, this rune creates an echo of the user's voice from it for a period of 10 turns. Whatever the user says will echo through the rune as if they were at that location.
Limitations & Side Effects:
-Only the user's voice is able to be sent through the echo rune.
-There is a delay of a few seconds from the rune.
