Description: Etherial's Soul and Body Technique is a Ki Technique intricately tied to the mastery of body and soul, allowing them to interconnect and become one and take the body further with the power of the soul.

Pathways:

Stage One: The practitioner is required to enter a state of meditation with a clear mind and body, with no form of distraction or breakage from the meditative state until they are able to find their soul, feeling the soul within their body.

Bonus: Mastering this stage grants the user the ability to feel their soul and the ability to see souls.

Backlash: This stage can take a long time to overcome.

Stage Two: The second stage is much more difficult than the previous stage: it requires the user to interact with their soul much deeper than just sensing it. They are required to 'move' their soul within their body and allow it to break down the barrier between the soul and body, integrating the parts together and washing the body of imperfections.

Bonus: Mastery of this stage grants the user an increase in 6x their physical capabilities as well as the ability to physically interact with souls to an extent. They also gain additional soul durability.

Backlash: The soul can be damaged and thus weaken the user if this stage is rushed or done poorly.

Stage Three: In this stage, if the user does not have 'Etherial's Mind And Body Technique' mastered, they will never be able to progress further. This stage requires the user to meld their soul and body into one, connecting their soul and body as one single being and inseparable.

Bonus: Mastery of this stage grants the user resistance to soul damage and the ability to interact with souls to a greater extent than in the previous stage. All physical capabilities are 8x stronger. This stage also allows them to use their soul and body interconnectedly; anything that should affect the soul also affects the body, and vice versa, allowing both to share the burden of one.

Backlash: Very difficult stage to master with no clear path. At this stage, the soul and body can not be separated; no part of the soul, no fragment or piece, can exist outside of the body; otherwise, it can not be mastered.

Final Stage: The pinnacle of Soul and Body, the user's soul and body are one; there is no separation between them. To master this stage, the user must shed their physical form and be reborn from the soul.
